1.Ownership

This includes the stereogram generator at this domain, its source code, the visual design, the underlying idea and concept, the Belarusian ornament library, and every image, pattern or file produced by the generator.

2.Personal use

You may view the site, generate stereograms for your own enjoyment, and share the generated images privately or on personal social media, provided credit to Chrysalis Mag and Nadzeya Makeyeva is preserved.

3.Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission from the rights holders, you may not:

use the service, or any part of it, for commercial purposes;
reproduce, copy or reuse the idea or concept of the service, or build a derivative service from it;
sell, license, distribute or otherwise monetise images, patterns or any other outputs produced by the generator;
print outputs on merchandise, apparel, packaging or other goods for sale;
train machine-learning or AI models on the service, its outputs or its ornament library;
remove or alter any credit, attribution or copyright notice.

4.Permissions and licensing

Commercial licensing, collaborations, exhibitions, press use and any other use beyond personal enjoyment require written permission. Write to the team via chrysalismag.org/contacts-en.

5.No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. By using it, you accept these terms. The rights holders may update this licence at any time; the current version is the one published on this page.
